The shareholders have over 30 years plus of history in supplying medical devices through a comprehensive network of supply chain to the pharmacy, clinic, hospital, and corporate company. We are a legitimate supplier having the establishment license no. MDA-0848-WDP120 (19/11/2020-18/11/2023) as an Authorised Representative, Importer and Distributor issued by the Medical Device Authority (MDA) to meet the Medical Device Act 737.
BM: Cypress Medic merupakan pengedar ekslusif produk kesihatan Rossmax di Malaysia. The pemegang saham mempunyai lebih 30 tahun pengalaman dalam membekalkan peranti perubatan melalui rangkaian bekalan yang komprehensif ke farmasi, klinik, hospital, dan syarikat korporat. Kami adalah pembekal sah yang mempunyai lesen penubuhan No. MDA-0848-WDP120 (19/11/2020-18/11/2023) sebagai Wakil, Pengimport dan Pengedar yang Sah yang dikeluarkan oleh Lembaga Peranti Perubatan (MDA) untuk memenuhi Akta Peranti Perubatan 737.

EN: All Professional products are covered with 2 years warranty only. All accessories come with 3 months warranty only. The warranty is valid only when ownership details of the meter is found in the online warranty database. Opening or altering the instrument invalidates the warranty. The warranty does not cover batteries and wear & tear parts, damage, accidents or non-compliance with the instruction manual.
BM: Semua produk Profesional diberi jaminan 2 tahun sahaja. Jaminan bagi aksesori hanya 3 bulan sahaja. Jaminan ini hanya sah apabila data pembeli dijumpai dalam pangkalan data atas talian kami. Cubaan membuka atau mengubah alat peranti akan menyebabkan jaminan tidak sah. Jaminan tidak termasuk bateri, bahagian guna dan rosak, kerosakan, insiden atau tidak mematuhi manual arahan.
EN: Customers can send the faulty meter to any pharmacy outlet that sells Rossmax products. The pharmacist may write the customer’s name and their phone numbers on the piece of paper before contacting Rossmax Service Centre Tel: 03-89582266 or Biomedical Engineers 012-6224063/ 017-6368168/ 012-6240603 (during office hours) to arrange our courier company to collect the faulty meter from the outlet. Alternatively, the customer may send the meter directly to Cypress Medic Sdn Bhd for an immediate repair. It is advisable to make a prior appointment with the Biomedical Engineer before going there. Courier fee (RM25/return or RM15 for one-way) will be charged for over warranty product or customers/clinics that need us to pick up at their address.
BM: Pembeli boleh menghantar alat peranti yang rosak ke mana-mana farmasi yang menjual produk Rossmax. Ahli farmasi perlu menulis nama dan nombor telefon pembeli di atas kertas sebelum menghubungi Pusat Panggilan Rossmax (03-89582266) ataupun Jurutera Biomedikal (012-6224063/017-6368168/012-6240603) pada waktu pejabat untuk kami mengatur syarikat kurier untuk mengambil alat peranti yang rosak daripada farmasi. Pembeli juga boleh menghantar alat peranti yang ingin diperbaiki terus ke Cypress Medic Sdn Bhd, Pembeli haruslah membuat temu janji terlebih dahulu dengan jurutera biomedikal sebelum hadir ke pusat kami. Bayaran kurier (RM25/dua hala atau RM15/sehala) akan dikenakan bagi produk yang telah tamat tempoh jaminan atau pembeli/klinik yang memerlukan perkhidmatan pengambilan di alamat tertentu.
EN: Every manufacturer has their own measurement algorithm and performances. Therefore, we can only perform accuracy and calibration services on our Rossmax Products only.
BM: Setiap pengilang mempunyai algoritma dan prestasi pengukuran tersendiri. Oleh itu, kami hanya boleh memeriksa ketepatan dan servis kalibrasi pada produk Rossmax sahaja.
EN: Normally, the repair would take not more than 9 working days for a customer to receive the meter through the same courier company which you had sent earlier. The pharmacy needs to call the customer to collect the meter once we have sent it back to the outlet.
BM: Biasanya, proses pembaikan mengambil masa tidak lebih daripada 9 hari bekerja untuk pelanggan menerima semula meter melalui syarikat kurier yang sama seperti yang anda hantar sebelum ini. Pihak farmasi perlu menghubungi pelanggan untuk mengambil meter setelah kami menghantarnya kembali ke outlet.
EN: Rossmax has calibrators and testers for all ranges of products. Rossmax Calpro & Rossmax Cal-Easy for BPM calibration is certified by SIRIM to meet the Malaysia Standards MS 2058 edition: 2009 Code of Practise for Good Engineering Maintenance, Management of Active Medical Devices. Rossmax Thermocal is to test all types of thermometers which are verified and certified by Trescal Sdn Bhd. Rossmax NebTester is to check Compressor Nebulizers and suction tester are calibrated and certified by CT services. Meanwhile, Fluke (for pulse oximeters) are calibrated and certified by Bellcomm Technologies. Our company Standard Operating Procedures and Repair Services are audited by MedCert, a German auditing firm based in Malaysia. Our Biomedical Engineers are trained, and Cypress Medic is authorised to repair and service Rossmax meters in Malaysia
BM: Rossmax mempunyai kalibrator dan alat penguji bagi semua rangkaian produk Rossmax. Rossmax CalPro & Rossmax CalEasy untuk penentuukuran/kalibrasi pemantau tekanan darah telah diperakui oleh SIRIM untuk memenuhi Malaysia Standards MS 2058 edisi:2009. Rossmax Thermocal untuk mencuba semua jenis termometer yang disahkan dan diperakui oleh Trescal Sdn Bhd. Rossmax NebTester adalah untuk memeriksa Nebulizer Kompresor dan penguji suction disahkan dan diperakui oleh CT services. Manakala, Fluke (untuk oximeter nadi) disahkan dan diperakui oleh Bellcomm Technologies. Prosedur Operasi Standard dan Perkhidmatan Pembaikan syarikat kami diaudit oleh MedCert, sebuah firma audit Jerman yang berpusat di Malaysia. Jurutera biomedikal kami terlatih dan Cypress Medic telah diberi kuasa untuk membaiki dan melakukan servis produk Rossmax di Malaysia
