Part A: Primary Roles and Responsibility

  • Educate and manage health education programs and product trainings that help consumers, customers, doctors, pharmacists, sales assistants and public raise the brand awareness of the benefit of using products.
  • Maintain company and personal professionalism in providing health information and health knowledge to customers.
  • Working closely with sales team by coordinating events following itinerary.
  • Ensure proper display of merchandising and optimize display of product ranges at customer’s place during outlet visitations.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and provide training to part timers whenever required.
  • Attend to doctors and other health care providers during medical exhibitions for product detailing and explanation.
  • Support and arrange all health activities such as health screening held at customer’s place, travel to whole Malaysia as and when required.
  • Able to work on weekend and public holiday’s events including exhibition, conference, member’s day, road show and warehouse sales as and when required.
  • Involved in medical write up and following the guidelines set in medical device 2012 (act 737) in all working procedures.
  • Responsible in handling demo units in good condition.
  • Assist Marketing Department to prepare and/or proofread company advertisement material.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed and assigned by the immediate superior/ head of department from time to time.

Part B: Qualification / Experience

  • Candidate must possess with minimum Diploma in Nursing/ Nutrition/ Dietitian/ Biomedical Science/ Health Science or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to write and speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina or Hokkien (preferably).
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess valid driving license with own transport.
  • Must be based in Johor – Muar, Batu Pahat, Kluang & etc.
  • Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Student pursuing a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • No working experience is required.
  • Internship position for duration of at least 3 months.
  • Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.

  • To assist and work closely with the team for any other related Marketing activities;

  • Cover and promote medical and healthcare devices to hospitals, clinics, medical dealers, and retail pharmacies.
  • Handle and execute company’s sales and marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct product presentation to customers.
  • Collect and update market information during market visitation.
  • Expand market share and achieve monthly sales target.
  • Handle exhibitions and events held by company and customers.
  • Submission of sales, collection and market analysis reports.
  • Payment, collection and settling of payment related issues.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed and assigned by immediate superior or head of department from time to time.

Part B: Qualification / Experience

  • Candidates must have minimum 1 year sales experience in Anaesthesia and Patient Monitoring equipment.
  • Possess strong desire in achieving high sales in a consistent basis.
  • Candidate who has experience in medical industry will be more advantageous for this position.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel outstation.
  • Candidate must possess with minimum Diploma certificate in any field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Able to contribute and improve the local community’s health and well-being.
  • Able to write and speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina(preferably).

  • To ensure products in retail floor is well presented and in proper condition
  • Generate merchandising report, to analyses and to present to the Department Head
  • Review and analyze customers feedback
  • Market survey on competitors’ product and pricing
  • Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards
  • Handling of Company & Customer Exhibitions & Events
  • Help collection & delivery of repair item to customer
  • Safeguard of company property & assets
  • Assist in identifying line extension opportunities
  • To carry out any other duties as directed & assigned by the immediate superior/Department Head from time to time
  • Follow the medical device act 737 in all working procedures.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior in the future.

  • To perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all the equipment;
  • To prepare quotations for customer related to the cost of repair and spare part;
  • To record yearly maintenance contract with the company;
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, arrange for pick up repair unit, checking, service the equipment to its original good condition;
  • To assist and follow up the customer in matters related to all technical issues;
  • To arrange training to the customer when required;
  • To arrange in all engineering activities such as installation, dismantling, testing and commissioning;
  • To assist and submit new product registration for approval at the medical device authority website;
  • To assist and maintain all technical data for 7 years;
  • Carry out any other duties as directed and assigned by immediate superior or head of department from time to time.
