Warranty Registration

  • 1) This site is for product registration in Malaysia and Brunei only.
  • 2) To be eligible for warranty coverage, you shall have to register the product within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.
  • 3) Email of the recipient is compulsory
  • 4) The warranty is covered from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid on completed registration of the product details and purchase date on Cypress Medic Online registration system. Batteries, cuff and accessories are not included. Opening or altering the instrument invalidates the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover damage, accidents or non-compliance with the instruction manual.
  • 5) All ROSSMAX products come with a “2 years warranty” only, applicable to purchases made for any Hospital, Clinic, Dialysis center, Nursing home, or any other Professional Institutional Use.
