Warranty Registration (Zuellig Pharma)

1) This page is strictly for product warranty registration under Zuellig Pharma. Any registration from non-Zuellig Pharma customers will be removed without prior notice.

2) To be eligible for warranty coverage, you shall have to register the product within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.

3) Email of the recipient is compulsory

4) Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid only upon successful completion of product details and purchase date in the Cypress Medic Online Registration System. Selected batteries and cuffs are covered under a three (3) month warranty only. Other accessories are not covered under warranty. Any modification, tampering, or unauthorized opening of the instrument will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, misuse, or failure to follow the instruction manual.

5) All ROSSMAX products purchased under Zuellig Pharma for Hospitals, Clinics, Dialysis Centers, Nursing Homes, or other Professional Institutional Use are entitled to a 2-year warranty.
